Message	the future. What I mean is, you will be at the TOP of this cops Shitlist if you go making him look like a jerky on the stand......that could be more trouble. Just a flip side of the coin. I do however feel that you a strong case and the judge would probably see things in your favor. Maybe you should also consider a civil case against the cop for wages that you lost in order to appear in court. F-it may as well recover all the court costs you had for both the traffic and civil courts too.
